UMBRELLA DUEL DAY!! :)

    Hello my Blogland Friends :)

Today is a DUEL day between the Dazzlers and the Divas. We are celebrating February's Umbrella Day. Our hostesses for this round are Darlene (Dazzlers) and LJ (Divas) 

Darlene has sent us Dazzlers a kit full of wonderful creative things including these darlin images.

We were requested to use the umbrella for this duel, the other images sent to us were optional, but I loved the gumboots so much that I could not leave them behind :)

Darlene sent us such an amazing kit full of wonderful papers and such. I decided to stick to two designer papers and use part of the accessories, including the beautiful big flower. I colored the other smaller white flowers to match my images, and clipped part of the petals in the front, to show the other...
KIT CONTENTS:
Images from 'April Shower' (PB) ,
Gemstones + flowers + brads from Paper Studio, Ribbons from local craft store,  plus 4 beautiful sheets of assorted 6x6 Designer Papers.

I colored both images w/ SU markers, fussy cut them and pop them up with dimentionals , 

as well as the sweet sentiment. Used also SU c/s (Barely Banana and Pacific Point)

                                   

Loved the theme, and wishing all those swap friends that continue to have a very concerning snowy winter, warm and sunny days, such as we are experiencing here....
Today is wonderfully sunny and 15 out there!

Unidentified Image Reveal ~ Round 18 ~

   

Hello friends , 

today, being the 10th of the month, is time to reveal the 18th image of the Unidentified Image Swap that was sent to us by our lovely hostess Darlene (SCS:luvcardmaking)

It is such a cute, sweet image :

Loved coloring it as I dusted off my old Stamping Up markers...

For my card, I chose a soft palette of colors, using the following : 

Smooth white c/s from Cougar, Bashful Blue c/s and designer paper from SU, round Spellbinder dies, faux pearls, 

 crystal glitter, pop-up adhesive.

Sentiment : 'One of a Kind' from SU.
