       ~*~ Hello darlin peeps,

It was created for the  'PUNCHY CHALLENGE' on my own
punch art swap, currently running on SCS.
 Every Tuesday a new hostess will post a 'punchy challenge'
and partecipants have until Thursday to post and show off  their creations.
                             ♥ I call these T-Days ♥
Here are the complete details in regards to today's challenge;
 it is the first one and I am hosting it ♥

Striped Butterfly by mepylant - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

Punchy Easter Eggs by mepylant - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

*You are to case ONE of her cards OR come up with your own design, using the same punched out (negative) revealing tecnique.

*Please have YOUR own card ready and posted by THURSDAY before midnight.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
At first , I wanted to make my card exactly as Melina's Easter card, but then I thought I really should try to come up with my own 'scene' - as long as I was still following the punch negative rule - and this is the result. I used lots of lil pearls as embellies and finally also used some of the foliage ribbon I bought over  a year ago and left, totally forgotten, until tonight :o) This tecnique is  great for using lots of scrap designer paper!....For sure I will do many more punch negative cards as they are truly a LOT of fun to make ♥
        I loved creating these flowers and to give some of them a 3-D effect also. The larger pink flower is none other than a punched out circle and the surrounding petals are the same  from the punched flower shown here on my left. Each single petal was cut out , after being sponged in pink, and positioned around the circles.
The inked 'grass' comes from an old (1997) SU stamps set called 'Sensational Scenery'....I love this old set! ♥
The  cut out sentiment is actually from the reverse side of the red polka dotted leftover piece of designer paper.
I think it is a perfect addition for the front of this card....
 These are the punches that were used
to accomplish my floral spring scene as well as the other items below....
I hope YOU like my first punch negative card....do YOU think  it
fits today's  'punchy'  challenge?
            *wink & smile*
♥ THANK YOU FOR STOPPING
BY AND VISIT ♥
Please take time to comment and let me know what YOUR thoughts are in regards......
